General:
By signing up and actively using the
PolarPTR program you agree
to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
PolarPTR may, at any time,
choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose
changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their
primary contact email address provided upon signing up with
PolarPTR. If any
modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the
PolarPTR program following
our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site
will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 13 years of age or older to
participate in this program.
Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void
where prohibited by local governing laws.
You must be able to read, write and understand english.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the
sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not
sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer
must not be shared with another individual that has an existing
PolarPTR account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your
account, it is your responsibility to keep this information
confidential, you may change this information by logging into your
account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
PolarPTR account including
authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your
account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity
deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by
PolarPTR be detected it may
result in member termination and possible legal action. This includes,
but is not
limited to: use of autoclick/clickbot software, selecting all interest categories, selecting both "I am female" and "I am male", selecting "Don't send
me email", "Unknown language to me" or "search" if you are not from a search approved
country in your categories of interest,
signing up for
multiple accounts, using an anonymous proxy, and/or clicking a cheat
link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for
purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for
immediate termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up
PolarPTR. You must maintain
your e-mail account that you used when signing up with
PolarPTR. You agree to
receive e-mail advertising from
PolarPTR.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to
messages from
PolarPTR, your account will
be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for
being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of
termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Inactivity Policy
After member has been inactive over 20 days (measured from the last click date) account will be suspended. User has 40 days to request restoration of the account. After 40 days of inactivity suspension, account will be purged from database. This means that the account will be purged from database after 60 days of inactivity.
Vacation mode is available and no account is deleted, when there is correct vacation date set. After vacation date is met, above rules apply again.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and
PolarPTR are independent
contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and
PolarPTR. You understand
that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any
representations on behalf of
PolarPTR. You may not make
any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
PolarPTR will not be liable
for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect,
special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
PolarPTR program, even if
PolarPTR has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
PolarPTR aggregate liability
arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total
fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and
visiting the
advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area
on the website provided by PolarPTR. Affiliates may earn by referring
new affiliates to the PolarPTR program. Affiliates will earn a
percentage of advertising revenues collected by PolarPTR. Affiliates
will be paid via eGold or Bank Transfer (EU) PolarPTR will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by PolarPTR (see table above). Once the member has reached payout they
may request payment. Payments will be made within 2 business days or within 5 business days in special cases.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through
unsolicited emailing
(i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass
communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination
of your affiliateship with
PolarPTR and may result in
legal prosecution.
PolarPTR strictly enforces
anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught
Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and
lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held
liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and
investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Posting your referral url to a website/forum against rules of that website will be also considered as spam and will result in termination of your affiliateship with PolarPTR.
PolarPTR may charge up to $5
per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate
termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.
PolarPTR will file charges
for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Acceptable advertising policy:
We DO NOT accept advertising for programs which include inappropriate or illegal content.
This includes but is not limited to programs which:
- Are clear scams, offer very high value links or high payout
- Are clearly unsustainable
- Offers earnings for searching with google
- Are randomizers
- Are gambling/bubble sites
- Are High Yield Investment Programs (HYIPs)
- Are autosurfs which offer percentual earnings for your investment
- No invisible url rotators to PTP rotator
Advertised page may NOT contain
- CPABet/Neoffic banner or Free20 ads/portal (both are known for cheating with zeroiframes)
- paid-to-promote.com layer ad
- invisible iframes
- activex ads
- more than two popups
Search advertising terms
- All above terms also apply to search portals advertised
- A portal advertised may not contain any autosearch scripts or similar.
Paid to Signup advertising terms
- All above terms also apply to paid to signup advertisements.
- Polarptr will not target any paid to signup ads to certain countries or interest choises. All Paid To Signup ads are available to all members
- All Signups performed by Polarptr's members using the link given for the advertisement by the advertiser will be credited. The advertiser is responsible for giving us a correct link to the page the advertiser want signups for.
- The advertiser is responsible for providing us screen shots or other information required if the advertiser states that he haven't received correct amount of signups.
The Advertiser understands and agrees that If the Advertiser breaks any of the above advertising terms PolarPTR has a right to suspend and if the advertiser doesn't fix the tos violation in the page terminate any advertisement. No refunds will be provided for advertisers who doesn't meet these advertising terms of service. The advertiser agrees to these advertising terms of service by placing an advertising order.
